Introductions & set up

To set the scene of the masterclass we will introduce ourselves & understand individual objectives for the masterclass & attendees´ current challenges that could form part of open discussions & case studies
Module 1: Human factors

This module deconstructs the human factors that lie behind alliancing principles & that allow people to thrive in an alliance & drive exceptional people performance. This module explores systems thinking & evidence based thinking principles.
Module 2: Systems thinking & hierarchical beliefs

This module explores the underpinning philosophy & belief systems on traditional forms of contracting & the challenge in marrying alliance principles to other forms of delivery. This module presents implementation strategies of positive leadership psychology in designing other relationship contracts.
Module 3: Starting with the end in mind

Building from the theoretical context from the first two modules, this is the first of the remaining practically focused modules. This module shows the importance of clarity on the outcomes & purpose of a project & effective ways of aligning disparate groups to structure project goals & strategic drivers for maximum effect.
Module 4: Building a performance culture

This module presents ways to cascade objectives throughout a team & strategies to integrate goals, culture & relationships creating a culture of aligned & shared values consistent with objectives & drivers for the project. This module explores how to build trust & respect proactively at all levels of a project team; & highlights the importance of supervisors as a leadership group & their impact on actual performance outcomes.
