| Module 5: Selection process & commercial strategies in relationship contracts Day 2 starts with this commercial module exploring key aspects of quality based selection & strategies for building in dialogue between owner & contractors during tender processes. The module references the European Union´s Competitive Dialogue Procedure & shows a worked example of a competitive ECI process that was recently used in Australia on a major road project (Lump Sum D&C, over $300m in value). |

| Module 6: Sustaining energy & focus Having set up a project for success it is a major challenge to sustain it. This module explores strategies for sustaining energy & focus for the life of a project or contract. It includes open discussion & lessons learnt amongst attendees & from Alchimie´s experience in this field. The module proposes how to structure creative conversations to continually push the boundaries & evolve & develop teams on an on-going basis. |

| Module 7: Taking Organisations to new levels of performance This module reviews insights & learnings from the masterclass & build on this to show how attendees can take alliance principles & apply them in their home organisations, where the context may be more resistant & diverse than a single project environment. This module explores attendees´ role as an individual leader & agent of change, as well as strategies that could be led by executive or senior management teams collectively. |

| Module 8: The future To wrap up, this module will have an open discussion on the future of alliances & relationship contracts in Australasia. It will acknowledge global & regional trends, as well as specific policy direction & guidance notes being led by the Victorian Department of Treasury through the COAG crossjurisdictional procurement working group. |
