In projects & contracting, Alchimie provides procurement advice & facilitation services & implementation support services to project teams that are seeking new levels of performance, systems and relationships are aligned with company goals.

Andrew has been at the forefront of Alliance Contracting & high performance projects in Australasia & has facilitated many of the benchmark alliances in Australia & New Zealand, across road rail & water infrastructure projects & major building projects.
